ElizaBeth is a Certified Natural Chef and Nutrition Educator/Consultant having received her training from Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Natural Culinary Arts.
She has been working as a nutritionist and chef since 2008 with Nourishing Generations, a non-profit organization that works in local schools and low-income housing areas, to educate students about nutrition, healthy cooking and fitness.
ElizaBeth is an adult mentor chef with The Teen Kitchen Project, a non-profit organization that empowers teens to learn knife, cooking, and safety skills while working in a commercial kitchen preparing organic and nutritious meals that are delivered free of charge to people in crisis with life-threatening illnesses like cancer.
Helping clients incorporate greens into their diet is a passion of Chef ElizaBeth’s and she grows and promotes the use of nutrient-dense Seasonal, Organic, Unrefined and Local (SOUL) food.
She brings her passion for increasing health and healing through food to all beings and the planet by raising awareness around the integrity of thought and action as well as quantity and quality of deeply nutritious food we offer to our body, mind and spirit.
As a Professional Product Demonstration Chef for Sub-Zero Wolf, she has discovered cooking with convection steam and continues to realize its many uses and benefits.
She is a member of the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA) and Weston A. Price Foundation (WAPF); and is ServSafe certified.
