Barcellona Bites was originally created as a blog describing a “red head’s culinary adventures” while Chef Ro was in culinary school. Upon graduating top in her culinary school class, she turned it into a successful business, and continues to enjoy bringing happiness to people through food and experiences.
Business clients especially like to utilize Chef Ro to create unique, creative and memorable experiences for their clients, customers and prospects. Whether in a home, in an office, or at a special location, Chef Ro works within each company’s budget to achieve its goals. She has designed events for customer appreciation, regional and international meetings, open houses, retirement parties, charity auctions and more.
Whether making evening meals on a regular basis, catering a party, or working with a bride to design the wedding of her dreams, Chef Ro enjoys working with her private clientele. Chef Ro is a Certified Personal Chef from the United States Personal Association and serves as the Northern California chapter’s president. She is also ServSafe Certified for food safety.
