Who we are:
In 2012, the seven of us chefs came together while training as Professional Product Demonstration Chefs for Sub-Zero Wolf products at Rigg’s Distributing Co. in Burlingame. During our training and demos we all discovered the wonders and benefits of cooking with the Convection Steam Oven. So! Each of us bought the countertop version by Cuisinart, and want to share our recipes, trials and tribulations with all of you. We know you will find our recipes simple, tasty and healthy. And our tips and tricks will shorten your learning curve!
