Chef Bourget is the owner/chef of Gourmet To Go, a personal chef and small event caterer business, since 2005. She practices the Weston A. Price nutrient dense diet to help her clients get healthy and stay healthy. Chef Bourget spent 6 years living in the Moselle Wine region of central Germany while completing her bachelor’s degree in Computer Studies/Business. During that time, she traveled from the Highlands in Scotland to Northern Africa eating her way through all the countries in between unknowingly preparing herself for her next career–preparing healthy meals for families in their homes.

Chef Bourget also manages a small team of high end appliance chef demonstrators. When the Wolf CSO came on the market a few years ago, her small chef team was so intrigued with the idea of added steam to a convection oven that they each purchased the counter top Cuisinart CSO. This appliance has become their appliance of choice for their daily cooking and reheating. Although it’s not as powerful and elegant as the Wolf CSO, it has some extra features that the Steam Team has discovered. This blog will share as many of these tips as possible with all of you. They will also post ideas and recipes for the Wolf CSO.

Chef Bourget lives in Scotts Valley, CA, with her son, Kevin, her dogs Darla and Rascal and her kitty, KayKay.
